Your journey begins with a free consultation where we explore your goals, challenges, and lifestyle.  From there we develop a customised wellness plan that aligns with your values and schedule.  Each step of the way you will receive support, accountability, and encouragement to build long lasting habits that improve your quality of life.


These sessions are in depth with set goals and action plans put in place to help you achieve your desired results. Available over the telephone or videocall.


The Wellness Toolkit

Full fitness plan, hypnotherapy and mental health peer support combined for the ultimate mind and body transformation.


This is a 12 week health and wellness plan tailored to your specific needs.  You will get a weekly check in to see how you are getting on.  Daily habits to add into your day to help you regulate your mind and body, and improve self care.



Hypnotherapy

50 Min Session

Hypnotherapy can be used for a variety of issues such as anxiety, phobias, mindset shift, issues with food and much more! 


Also available as a recording instead of an online session.


Fee includes a consultation prior to your session.


Mental Health Peer Support

60 Min Session

You will learn coping strategies to help you manage your mental health.  These may include breathing exercises, mindfulness exercises and written exercises that help you change your focus.


We will find what works for you and with some practice you will start to see big changes in your mental wellness.


Available online via videocall and telephone call.
